Base Station wont go online and camera wont sync

I have had this system with one camera for the last month working fine.  The other day it decided to go off line and wont sync.  I have tried rebooting, resetting, deactiviting base and reactiviating, tried it at home, at work and am now ready to scream.....

 

It seems that the base is online but camera wont sync then when I check in my settings it says base is offline...

Have you tried both the app and a browser?  If so, I'd suggest resetting the base using the reset button by itself until the LEDs flash amber.  While it's rebooting, use the app or browser to delete your devices in Settings, My Devices.  When the base is ready, with the power and Internet LEDs green, use the Add Device button on the Cameras tab to add the base and then resync the camera.

I hav 3 cameras working perfectly.  I am trying to add 1additional camera and it won't sync.  What do I do?

Press the base sync button briefly - don't hold it.
