Base Station won't connect to internet

I have read alot of these threads trying to figure out this problem.  My Arlo worked great for about 6 months but now the base station will not connect to the internet.  My cameras will sync, but they will not show a picture on the app.  I have tried unplugging EVERYTHING (base station and router) from wall & boxes, I have tried the reset button MULTIPLE times, I have switched ports, I have switched cables....NOTHING IS WORKING.  I am extreamly frustrated.  HELP or I need to exchange for a new base station.

I have picked up this problem it seems also.  Whats intersting it still sends the video to my email, so the basestation is online.

 

Hate to do a hard reset, but that might be best option to see it if fixes it.

 

Update:  Hard reset fixed my problem.  Delete basestation from account and then add it once the reset is complete.

Is the internet light on the base Amber?

 

And when you did the RESET, did you use ONLY the reset button as should have for 10 secs till the front leds flashed?

 

If the reset does not work, contact Netgear Support
