I'm getting the "Your base Station is offline" error messge when I log into my online account or phone app, but all LED's are green on the base station.  Solutions suggest removing and reclaiming the device, but I'm managing a system at my Mom's house, from a different location.  Is there any way to reclaim a device if I'm not on the same network as the device? Or any other way to solve the "base station is offline" problem?

Hey @mick1putt,

Try to reboot your Base Station by unplugging the power outlet for a minute and replugging it in. You can read more here how to troubleshoot when your base station is offline: My Arlo base station is offline; how can I troubleshoot it?

Thanks for the reply JessicaP, I'm not onsite with the system, but I had someone there try that, and other solutions. From reading other similar posts, the one thing that works is removing the device, and then reclaiming it. But it appears that can only be done when you are on the same network.  I'm not at the location, so I need another solution, or suggestion.

Unfortunately, the only way to reclaim the device is to be on the same network.
