Base Station is disconnected!

Netgear Arlo Base Station VMB4000

I BOUGHT ARLO SYSTEM FROM 3 DAYS AND EVERYTHING WAS WORKING PERFECT TILL TODAY!

FAULT: BASE STATION IS DISCONNECTED ( ALL THE 3 LIGHTS ARE OFF) WHILE ITS CONNECTING TO THE POWER!

(from phone app):
"Mode" shows: offline.
"Devices" shows: Base station is disconnected.
Last statuse: Disarmed.

I tried to change the power source, the on-off push button, reset, syncro... but nothing is working!

O solve the problem.
The problem was from charger.. luckly the base station is ok.
I just replace the charger with new 1 and i bought transformer to get 120 volt instead of 240v.

sounds like either your base station or its power supply is faulty.  Can you exchange where you bought from?

I think u r right,
The voltage used in USA is 120 v
While in Qatar is 240 v
I just red on the plug the max voltave is 120 volt!
I should use convertor or adapter!!!
I will try to take it to electrical shop here in Qatar and chk wht they gonna advice me.
