My Base Station is labelled as VMB3000

The BT Homehub is identifying it as VMB3010

Due to problems the Base Station was factory reset

The Base Station is now identified as VZC3000

Has anyone any ideas why this should be?

Also, after the factory reset, has the Base Station reverted back to it's original firmware?

What is the current firmware and how can I locate it?

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to see it in several locations. Go to Settings, My Devices and click on the base to find its firmware version under Device Info.and click on each camera to find theirs.

Your base firmware should be: 1.9.8.0_16666

The cameras should be: 1.2.16720
