Base Station Works With App But Not on website

Does anyone into the same problem. When I try to login via arlo.netgear.com my base station shows offline but when I try to login via the Android App, the base station shows up. Same wifi network. Not sure what the problem is

Hi @tphan,

 

Thank you for posting about your base station experience. Can you please Deactivate your base station and then re-add it to your account?

 

From your mobile app:

1) Click on Settings

2) Click on Base Station Settings

3) Click Deactivate

4) Verify and click Deactivate in the pop-up

5) Log out of the app

6) Log back into the app

7) Click on Settings

😎 Click on Subscription

9) Click Add a Base Station

10) Your Base station serial number should populate and click Continue

 

This should add back your base station to your account. Please let us know if this alleviates the issue you were experiencing with your base station appearing offline.
