I have VMB400r3 base station and 4 cameras. I used system more than 1 year until yesterday. I cant reach via application and check base station. Base station continuously blink this serie 1 amber led and 3 green led.
I cant reach via application to base device. I try to remove adapter and wait 5-10 minute and re connect adapter. But I'm getting similar led blinking.
What is going on? How can I fix?

Try power cycling the modem/router first then when completed booting power cycle the base station and see what LEDs say.

Issue not related to router. Because I disconnect lan cable and power one. System start that led blinking immediately. You can see led status attached youtube link https://youtube.com/shorts/1Uo_yyeAy-E

I can’t say I have read any reports here of similar behaviour unless it’s a new firmware feature.

Some others may be able to clarify further but at first glance it looks like the boot process of the device is failing. It might also have been updating firmware and got lost.

Other suggestions are a faulty plug pack or the base just shat itself.

There is a last resort option to factory reset the base using the paper clip to press the rear reset for at least 12sec.

I try to reset with reset pin hole and wait 10-20-30 seconds. Same led status.

I am thinking it might be a failing power adapter.  It should be possible to do a risk-buy of a compatible replacement (and would be cheaper than trying to get another base).

Could you please share adapter power and amper values with me? I'll try and share result to you.

I think the spec for your adapter is 12v/1.5a, DC center positive.  It is printed on your current adapter (and FWIW, I use a different base).

If you google for "VMB4000 power adapter" you will find several that claim to be compatible.  US prices are about $15.

I'm getting similar led status with new adapter.

How can I use existing setup with this condition? I have 1x Arlo Pro 2 and 3x Arlo Pro camera.

Thanks

If the base will not perform the factory reset correctly then the base is faulty.

You will need to purchase a replacement base to restore your cameras.
