Base Station Offline

Base station is showing offline on my Arlo, but all 3 lights are solid green. I’ve rebooted, unplugged everything, checked my internet and Ethernet and all are good. I understand there is an issue with the firmware. How do I get this fixed. Cameras offline x26 days.

I have tried removed the device(base station) from the main account and re install the base station and set up the cameras back and it works.But make sure yr internet is working before you remove the device.
