Hello
I’m receiving a message that the base station is offline. The internet indicator is off also.
No one changed any settings. It happened just out of the blue. Router is working properly as all other devices can connect.
Currently the base station is connected to the router with an ethernet cable.

First thing that is easy to do is reboot the base via the power button ( off then on , give a min or two to come fully online )

...and a bunch of other stuff including removing everything from Settings, My Devices.

Have you tried rebooting your router?

If you've switch Ethernet cables and used a different port on the router, it may be a bad port on the base. Open a case with support:

I’ve also switched ports, nothing changed. I also changed router with no luck!
I noticed that a red light is blinking cameras on all cameras, plus one of them needs batteries.
Could the empty batteries on one of them (i have four), cause that?

A slow amber blink on the cameras is for low batteries. Start with one and put fresh batteries in. ANy better?
