We recently attempted to connect a doorbell to our Arlo system. It could not be found, the instructions called for a factor reset.
I have factory reset the base station but now nothing can be found or connected at all. The base station is connected to power and internet, both LEDs are solid green. Then I start the process to add a new system in the Arlo app, but the base station cannot be found. I have attempted to do this from my phone, tablet, and laptop with the same internet network connected. What do I do now??

I suspect the failure to add the doorbell meant to reset the doorbell, not your whole system although that could help. Now that you've reset, be sure all devices in Settings, My Devices have also been removed so they can be found again. Note all settings, modes, rules, schedule, etc. before removing the devices to speed your rebuilding.
