Bad camera; how to contact support?

I just installed VMS3230.  After many problems with the installation I finally was able to link to the base station and one of the cameras.  My question is how do I contact Arlo to see about a replacement for the camera?  Chat seems to be non-existent, i.e., never connects.  There is no way that I have found to send an email.

Use the phone option since that's your only other option.
