How do I get audio? I looked at the manual but I don't see the Green Arlo to tap. Also I setup geomapping. Is it ok to run in this mode over the"Armed" mode?

You reference the original wireless cameras with VMS3330 which don't have audio. Only the Pro, Q and Baby cameras have audio.

Check out the FAQs about geofencing. You don't run it "over" Armed, you step through the setup and choose what you want it to do when at home or away.
