Arno not restarting

Hello,

Have tried a number of times to re-start the system on both the mobile app and desktop/online arlo site, but does not re-boot. Any suggestion(s), or other troubleshooting that can be tried from a remote location?

Remotely, only the base can be restarted if it is currently online... ( nothing can be done remotely with the cameras )

If the base if offline for unknown reason, the best answer to to unplug and replug ( which is not possible obv if not there )
