Hello. I’ve seen several people ask this question but I haven’t found any answers. Sometimes I hear a click and the infrared lights come on on my cameras, when the cameras are disabled. I’m the only one who has access to the cameras and my account. I’ve already reset my password and it’s still happening. Is this a security issue or a glitch in the cameras?

How are you disabling the cameras? Perhaps that's why motion is still being detected, causing the night vision to kick in.

I arm and disarm the cameras from the app on my phone. The cameras were already disarmed when the infrared lights came on. Should I be doing something different?

You can try turning the camera off in the camera settings to see if that works differently. However, using the Disarmed mode should prevent night vision from being enabled, I would think. Maybe a firmware update has changed that behavior. @JamesC ?
