Arlo won't sync on blue light briefly then nothing

Hello,

I have previously had my camera synced and worked great.

Then the batteries died and I think I forgot to duly cut it back up but we haven't used it in a little while.

NOW when trying to sync it I turn it on and it give a blue light briefly and then nothing. When I try and press the sync button nothing happensz

Are you now using fresh batteries or have they been in the camera for a while?  Might be worth checking them with a voltmeter or just install fresh one, at least for testing.

Remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and sync again. Be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it.
