Arlo won’t connect to the internet

My net gear arlo won’t connect to the internet, I have reset it numerous times but it won’t connect to the internet, I have changed the internet cable also and this doesn’t change anything, everything else connected to my router works fine, any ideas?

There are probably blocked ports. Is the router provided by your ISP? You may need to ring their customer support to ensure ports 80, 123, 443 are open otherwise the Arlo base can't connect to the Arlo servers
