Arlo won 't connect to base

I have a Arlo camera. My phone can not find the base station and the base station can not find my cameras. The power, internet, and camera lights are all 3 solid green but the camera flashes blue then orange then gray. My phone searches and can not find anything. I keep the camera and base station close together when trying to sync. Ive tried unplugging, resetting.. Can someone help?
