Arlo wireless not recording on motion detection

EDIT: Nevermind, it works now, after updating firmware in the cameras.

 

I just bought an arlobase with 2 cameras today, the system is now setup and i can stream from the cameras via the ios app.

I can also record and the motion sensors work correctly.

When motion is detected i receive a push message on the iphone but i dont receive an email and no recording is made.

 

Now I see on these forums that a lot of people are having this issue so i would like to ask if this is being worked on?

You mention iphone, but not IOS version( or model ) which can make a difference.

 

Sometimes it's as easy as deleteing the app and reinstalling same.... also check the email that is in the app for correctness.
