Arlo wireless cameras offline (original) for a week. Tried rebooting base Station and re-syncing.

Hi there,

 

I have an Arlo base station and four wireless cameras.  About a week or so ago, the cameras all went offline and they haven't come back on since. I have tried rebooting the base station, powering off then on and syncing via the base and cameras. So far nothing seems to work so I am at a loss of what to do next as they worked fine before.

If you haven't changed your network setup recently, then #7 doesn't really apply, so you can skip that one.

 

The last step often does resolve it (painfully).  That involves removing the base and cameras from your account, resetting the base, and setting everything up from scratch.  If that fails, then contact Arlo support: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
