We got the arlo wirefree kit and it was working fine for the first few weeks. now the power light is green and the rest of the lights are off other then camera light is orange.
I have tried resetting everything.
Checked the ethernet cable and router.
Did factory reset tried to wait a day to see if it would do anything different.
Removed it from the account and tried to readd it but nothing.
now we cant do anything with it.
trying to contact support.
Is there anything I else I can try?

All is good i guess it was a wire fault. talked to support and after taking it down from the shelf it started working
