Camera do nit sync with base station, got fresh batteries intalled and still with the issue. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot???

The biggest mistake made is HOLDING the syc button on the base to long...

 

Open the cameras, remove and re-install batteries

Press quickly the sync button on base ( base led for camera should flash )

push sync button on camera it should start flashing Blue.

 

If the camera flashes Amber the sync was no good.  try again

 

If it continues not to sync Contact netgear for assistance
