Arlo wire-Free camera unable to play

I bought the 2 camera kit yesterday and successfully installed it. Everything worked perfectly until I was prompted to run a firmware update (1.2.4941) which I did for both cameras, now one camera doesn't work. Any ideas?

First open and then close the battery door on the non-working camera andsee if if auto syncs back ( and works )

( also make sure the batteries are good as updates won't go if batteries are weak ) )

If not, then from settings, camera, ( REMOVE DEVICE ) remove the camera from the base and then try to bring back as if a new camera.

If still ng, contact Netgear as maybe the sw update messed the camera.
