Arlo will not sync

Camera has been offline and unable to sync for a few days now. I have tried to sync the camera with its netgear base station multiple times while holding the two within 1-3 feet of each other and only pressing the sync button for 1-2 seconds. I have changed the batteries to be sure that was not the issue. I have removed the camera from my account and have been unsuccessful trying to sync and add the device back. When I do try to sync the camera, it flashes blue for about 10 seconds and then turns to fast blinking in amber. Please help!

You might still be holding the sync button too long. Try <1 second.
If that doesn't work, you may need to reset the base to regain control. Use onlyh the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Then use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to add the base and sync the cameras.
If that doesn't work, use the Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages to open a case for more help and a possible RMA.
