Have a new base.. Followed all instructions... No issues with internet router or connections... Lights are on and seems to be trying to sync but after the app says no arlo system or something like that not detected.. I have tried the reset but it never changed from green.. How long do i hold the reset button.. Or is there any way to make this sync or work?

The color of all the LEDs is all-important. If the Camera LED is green, try holding the reset button until all LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again.
