all of a sudden my videos look like this

Do you experience the same behavior when live streaming? Do all videos look like this or is it a specific video?

it does not happen on live stream only on recorded video

This would appear to be a symptom of poor signal strength or WiFi interference. If you temporarily relocate the camera close to your base station and test, do you still experience the same behavior?

the camera is in the same place it has always been in and never done this before. however I replaced the batteries and it is working fine now.
