So I recently changed my device and still pay a monthly subscription for 7.99 .My old device is gone from app and my new one is there.the doorbell works fine besides the fact that nothing gets saved like it used to .i get notifications when someone is close to it but no video saved into a library to watch.

What model device do you have now?

Did you check that it is in your subscription plan?
