Arlo two camera system with night vision and motion detection

I replaced my VueZone camera system with the new Arlo system aboout 3 months ago. Everything has worked fine (with the exception of slow motion detection only catching people as the leave the front porch) until about a week ago when I noticed that my wife was getting push notification emails and I no longer receive them. I have checked the setup and both email addresses appear in the email notification list. Can anyone help.

What email services are each of you using? Some services (was just responding to an outlook.com issue recently) block these emails which you'd have to work out with your provider.
