My devices all show getting status. HELP. I've delete app and reloaded. I've turned router off and back on. I've unplugged from wall. What else can I do to get this to work????

same. base station and cameras keep dropping internet and connections. base station shows offline.

Is this happening when checking through the web version? Try to power cycle your base station to see if that fixes the issue. You can read here on how to do that: My Arlo base station is offline; how can I troubleshoot it?

I was given an RMA email to send my device back. But never got the follow up with rma # and instructions

Did a factory reset. Did not help. Power cycles randomly. Searching for devices. Etc
