Arlo stuck getting status

Both cameras just display getting status now after working fine for months. Linked to SmartThings which can't stream them either. Currently remote to cameras. Can anything be done remotely?

No. Had to reboot base to get the them back

No , there is nothing done for the cameras remotely, tho you can remotely restart the base unit which may help

Thanks. Tried that. Now just get message"device failed to connect to media server"

When that happens, I usually fix it by restarting the app......works every time.
