One of my four cameras is not showing color, it has a pink type of coloring in the picture. Not black and white but a shading in the pink range, not satisfactory. I took batteries out and started over with set up but no luck getting a color picture. Any suggestions or is this a defective camera? Bob

If the reset did not clear it , it sounds like there is a problem with the ir filter

contact Netgear for possible replacement

One of my cameras has the same problem as described by Bobinorting. Same advice for me, or is there some other reset approach?

I just recently started having the same issue with one of my cameras.  I changed the batteries and no changes.  I have contacted Tech Support and will wait to see what the next step is.

I brought the camera close to the base station then all of a sudden it went to true color.  Could have been a by chance but it worked for me.  Keeping an eye on it and will return it to Arlo for repair if it happens again.

I called tech support and they immediately gave me an RMA to return the camera for repair or replacement at no cost.

James I notice the one that I brought had the same numbers but not serial number could this be a bad batch? This will be my third camera and this issue is very disappointing seem like an infrared problem one hates to keep going back to the store because of the same issue look suspicious and it's the add on to the set that keeps going bad plus the batteries in a new box are half dead when u open it?
