Is it me or are the last shots' times incorrect in Arlo's iPhone iOS app Devices list. I look at Feeds' times and compare to Devices' times and they don't even match. This happens in both original and Pro 2 with multiple accounts. 😞

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂

Arlo recently started updating the thumbnails when you open the app (or when the thumbnails are more than 8 hours old).  Other posters have reported that this doesn't seem to be working as intended on their systems.

I have no idea what motivated this change, personally I don't see any need for it.

I find it useful when not looking at Feed list.

Thanks for the report, but I was not able to replicate this concern as you described. Do you have the exact instructions on how to replicate?

I didn't do anything special. I can tell you I am using the original Arlo and Pro 2 models. I noticed the web site version doesn't show this problem. Only iOS app in my old iPhone 12 mini with all updates.

Let's see if uninstalling, redownloading, reinstalling, and reconfiguring iOS app fixes it. So far, it does. I remember doing this before too. I also noticed old Arlo iOS installation used a lot of storage like 600 MB of data.

It seems to stop updating my Device list after several hours. I did find a workaround to force a refresh without uninstall, redownload, reinstalling, and reconfiguring. Kill Arlo iOS app and relaunch it. 😕
