Arlo records but isn't alerting me of movement

As of this morning, my Arlo camera isn't picking up movement and alerting me.  I tried to reset the base but that didn't help. Batteries are almost full.  It will show me live video, so I know the camera is working. 

All notifications are the same as before and say to record and alert me of movement.

Did you do a full factory reset or a power cycle of the base?

Remove and replace the battery in the camera forcing it to reconnect to the base.

Sounds like it could be a problem with the app. Uninstall the app. Restart your phone. Download the Arlo app again and log in
