Arlo procamera went offline within hours of being fully charged

Arlo Pro camera always go offline. Reported the problem to netgear. Replacement batteries were sent. Charged new batteries and placed it on my Arlo Pro camera. Then Arlo Pro cameras went offline again within few hours despite new fully charged batteries

Remove and replace the battery. Watch the LED on the camera when inserting the battery - does it flash blue? If you have more than one camera, try swapping cameras around to see if it's the camera or the location.
