Arlo pro 2 camera synced successful but not appearing in app or pc

I have initially managed to sync all 4 cameras to the base station. But suddenly my 4th camera appeared offline in the app. I removed device (4th camera) from the app, and tried to sync to base station again. Sync is successful as I see that both base station and camera had the fast blue blinking light. However I do not see the 4th camera appearing in my app or in my pc. I have rebooted the base station by removing the power cable, but still unable to see the 4th camera in the app. How do I troubleshoot this? Thanks.
