Hello recently updated app, then I've been being tortured by tons of notifications that cannot be muted. I think it's a bug.

Anyway I'm trying to set via Web (who knows, if the notification off option really works via web...) but it's also impossible to set any, the Toast page doesn't show anything. just blank red box (it doesn't react upon I clicked it).

Tried via Google Chrome, MS Edge, both are the same.

While my Q is just one of many cameras in my modes, it shows normally in both the Android app as well as the web client.  If you click on the > on the right side does anything happen? My suggestion was going to be to delete the rule and recreate it.

WHile it may be a struggle (some folks have reported issues re-onboarding), removing/resetting/reinstalling the camera may be needed. Remove the camera from your account first and then try this:

Hello, thanks for your advice.

I tried just now: reset using reset-hole and delete the device from the app,

and re-pair the device(arlo Q).

But nothing happened, my arlo Web still shows the screenshot as the original post.

When I click on ">" right side of the cam name (on Web), it shows just a blanked Red button, nothing else.

This is not a big matter.

However this is a matter,  Notifications still comes every time with Motion detection - "Send Notifs to Everyone:OFF".

I've texted to Arlo Support team via Reddit with all the details Arlo requested me, I hope this problem will be solved soon.

Not sure it will help but try clearing the browser cache as well as use of a different browser to see if the red box issue goes away.
