Arlo on mobile ok but not on desktop

The cameras work great on the mobile app but when I go to a desktop I can't get a live feed, says connection failed.  Ideas?

Try a different browser...I happen to like Fire Fox, tho Chrome and IE(>10) are approved also

I've tried Safari, Firefox, Explorer, and Chrome but same problem with each. I also made sure Adobe was updated in case it needed the flash player.

Are you running any virus protection, popup blockers, anti-malware software etc? Some users have had issues when running these (mainly with Bitdefender). Temporarily disable any you may have and try again to further isolate the issue.

I disabled the ESET Endpoint Antivirus plus disabled the popup blockers and tried on all browsers with no success.

If you are not seeing this issue when using the mobile app that points to a display issue on your desktop. Consider trying to access from a different computer to further isolate the issue.
