Hello, I have a problem with my arlo cameras and base station. All the lights on the base station light but when I go to the app it says that they appear offline or there is a problem with network. I tried to turn off the base station but it does not work. Any suggestions? Thank you!

You don't say which base you have. What are the base LEDs showing? Try power cycling your router and base, in that order.

I have arlo pro base station. All lights are green. I tried that but it does not work.

Since all are green, that implies the system is working. Do you still get notifications and videos as appropriate? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app to make sure you have the latest version? Have you tried the web client on a computer (my.arlo.com)?
