Arlo no push notification sounds and cannot change device order on iOS

Two issues with my five camera system. First when I change the device order and hit save, a banner comes up on the screen in orage saying the device does not exist. Second I no longer get push notifications with sound on my Iphone even though settings allows for sound on the Iphone.

First, reinstall the app and verify all permissions. If still the same, try a computer browser (won't help with the notifications but may be useful for tracking down the overall problems).
