When we log into Arlo - whether it is on the app from mobile or tablet or the web platform from a desktop - it generates a motion trigger on a camera. So, when we get a camera motion notification and log in to check it out, it generates a whole new "incident". Every time. Sometimes different cameras will report the incident, it's not always the same one. System is a mix of four Arlo wireless and one Arlo Pro cameras.

While more an irritation than anything, when one person in our household logs in to see an incident, the other person suddenly sees multiple reports. When they log in, it generates yet another. Vicious circle for all! Is this unique to us or a current bug in the system?

I've never seen it.  I'm not envisioning how this can even happen.

I suggest contacting support. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
