I am moving with my family to the country of Nepal this summer and purchased two Arlo cameras and an Arlo Pro after researching security cameras. I wonder if I jumped the gun though, since I am reading there might be time zone issues or lag issues due to my location. Any suggestions on this potential problem?

Dunno about timezone issues - Kathmandu is listed as +5:45 which Google tells me is the offset for Nepal.  Lag would be relative to Internet access, both at the installation location as well as to the rest of the world.
