Mine has been off since the 8th. This happened before when they did a update. Doesn't matter what I do can't get it to connect. It took hours before on the phone to get it right. I am growing very tired of this system.

Barttg13,

What error message is indicating the camera is "off"? You might consider opening and closing the battery compartment door to reboot the camera. Pay close attention to the LED indicator on the camera: What do the different LED behaviors on my Arlo Wire-Free camera mean?

It's possible that the batteries are depleted and need to be replaced.

No I replaced battery . I my Internet provider just left they even replaced cable to home. Said maybe water in cable. But replaced it just to be sure. He just ran test and I have Internet. But arlo still says off line. The earth net wire from arlo to my router is flashing yellow on router. Technician said there is no problem with router or service that it's in Arlo is problem. He showed me on his test equipment that I am getting good signal out router. It is definitely in arlo. I have tried after he left to reset. That didn't work also unplugged and left off for more than 15 minutes that didnt work. Logged off but when I logged back on it said off line. I have tried everything I know to do. I really need help. Also the cameras flash yellow with motion but don't record anything. It just keeps saying off line.

An amber Internet LED is a problem.  If you're absolutely sure the router and cable to the base are good, the base is having an issue connecting.  That could be a bad port on either the router or base, the base is somehow faulty or the router configuration is blocking the connection.  I'd start with a factory reset on the base, holding the reset button until the LEDs flash amber.  Does that get you a green Internet LED?
