Arlo essential el devices went offline

my devices went offline but I do see the WiFi network on the devices. How to get the dashboard and cameras in sync again?

If you bring a camera closer to your router or hub, does it connect reliably? It's possible that removing, resetting and re-adding the cameras may be needed.
