Arlo - delay in receiving video on app and in email after notification

I receive notifications right away but cannot view video on app or in email for quite a few minutes.  Need to see if this can be adjusted.  Hate to think someone is causing an issue at my home, and I can't view what is going on for minutes after the notification.  We are using Comcast highest speed internet at home.  Thanks!

It can't be adjusted. You can try power cycling the base but I doubt that will help. If it continues, open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.

Push notifications are received immediately after motion detection. It may take longer to receive the library video/email alert due to the content not being available until the recording is complete. The longer the recording length, the longer it will take before the clip arrives your library.
