I have been trying to get customer support regarding none of my Arlo cameras (4 total) connecting to WiFi therefore they do not work. I need assistance ASAP otherwise I need my money back because I have been attempting to speak with a representative for weeks now and no one will connect with me.

Can you provide what steps you have taken to connect the devices? What basestation and cameras are you using to try to connect?
