Arlo can't sync second camera - first camera fine

HAVING trouble syncing the second camera to the base station. First camera did fine.
I've tried several times. I have a blue blinking light on camera but will not show up on my app as "online" and working.

I'm running into a similar problem. Recently a camera disappeared from my app. My partner can see both cameras on app but I can only see one. Same thing on my Arlo account -- it only shows one camera out of two. Add device steps did not fix problem, nor resetting base station. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing the app on my phone.
It's like I need to add camera back to my app / account, not to the base station. Help?

The blue LED needs to blink slowly to be in pairing mode and then will blink fast to show it has paired. Does this happen?

Are you on a secondary account and have been granted access? If so, it sounds like you haven't been granted access by your partner. Get your partner to log in and go to the grant access menu. Click your name. Select the camera(s) they want you to be able to see
