Is the slow speed of connection related to opening a mobile app, web portal or slow to start live streaming in mobile app or web portal?

What are your Internet speeds,both up and down, as well as the latency? Use speedtest.net to check.
Might also be worth rebooting the phone as well as the web client to test - https://my.arlo.com

It sometimes can take a few seconds between the time you open the app to when all the current status is displayed on the the screen. Is that what you mean?
Or are you talking about the time it takes to livestream the camera from when you request the livestream?
Or something else?

How long Is this delay? there will be a normal delay with internet based cameras.

They have gotten better. I turned off the base station and turn it back on as someone suggested.
