Arlo cameras logging off and password not working

I have had my cameras for a week and they have been fantastic up until today!! The app keeps signing me out every few minutes or few hours. I am pretty pissed! The last log out had me off for 4 hours while I was asleep. When I logged back in my password did not work! What the f*#%?! And yes I had the correct password. I would love to know why the app is signing me out.. has anyone had this issue? It Lao is now taking longer for videos to get into my library. I had to at one point check the email after getting the notification to then watch the video. Luckily I am under the 30 day return so these are going back if this how the app is going to work. My batteries are not low, wifi is fine and the cameras are literally only a few feet from the base - as my house is tiny.. help!!!! I should also add my partner has the app on his

phone too but he has not been experiencing and sign offs.

I feel like netgear you need to seriously fix this issue!! ... or have fun getting sued when someone thinks there security cameras are working, they aren't and something awful happens.. hey people sue over everything these days.

What device are you using that is giving you the unexpected behavior? (iOS, Android etc)

 

You indicate you had issues logging back in to the app, are you able to log in without issue using the web client?
