Arlo cameras damaged after 1 year

I bought a system and after a little over a year one of them caught fire from the inside I have pictures and even still have the cameras , Arlo will do nothing I can not even get a phone number to talk to a actual person. And this was bought through Newegg and they are also no help they only give me phone numbers that are automated and that I can find online myself . Beware!!!

What model camera?

Was it the battery/s that smoked or camera internals?
