Arlo camera wont connect to base

Attempting to connect 4th camera to system. Will not connect. Light flash slow blue, rapid amber, rapid blue. Does not recognize it. Have swapped batteries, rearranged batteries, reset base, disconnected from internet and restarted. Still no luck

@mboshart 

could be a defective camera, but first make sure that you are briefly pressing the sync buttons on the base and then the camera. Do not hold these buttons for 2 seconds as instructed.
