Arlo camera will not sync. Blinks blue, clicks, then turns to amber

I bought my new arlo camera and the third camera will not sync its blinking blue and clicks then turns to amber. How do you fix this.

I would remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Claim the base again and then sync the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.
